WREST
Poems by Hillary Schofield
44 pages / 22 September 2019 / 9781947544246
The poems which comprise WREST were written between 2013 and 2016. Born from a climax of alienation and distress, these poems are fruits of Saturnian reckoning. For the author, they are affirmations and stimuli for rehabilitation; the naming of ills and the sourcing of pleasure and trust, rooted in the terrain of psychic and subjective bodies.
Book design by Joseph Uccello.
