WREST

Poems by Hillary Schofield

44 pages / 22 September 2019 / 9781947544246

The poems which comprise WREST were written between 2013 and 2016.  Born from a climax of alienation and distress, these poems are fruits of Saturnian reckoning. For the author, they are affirmations and stimuli for rehabilitation; the naming of ills and the sourcing of pleasure and trust, rooted in the terrain of psychic and subjective bodies.

Book design by Joseph Uccello.

This purchase is for the trade edition.

The sold-out deluxe edition (44 copies in sky blue with hand-sewn binding, and a letterpress cover featuring original artwork by the poet herself) was printed and bound by {drf} in Washington State.
